The 'hop on and off' tourist bus services are also good and represent excellent value - around 15 per person for 24 hours - you have unlimited travel which also includes guided tours.

The festival sees bands and artists attending this year from as far away as South America, the Mississippi in the deep south of the USA, Spain and many other countries in Europe as well as some new young home talent and old favourites from around the UK. So if you like a little Spanish Flamenco music, or a blast of Cuban jazz, or more of a contemporary acoustic guitar style, or even maybe a little Mississippi swamp blues, either way you are sure to be in for a real treat and musical extravaganza of guitar culture and talent from around the world.

If you choose an apartment with panoramic river views, you will be able to enjoy your drink and food with stunning views, especially at night, when most of the bridges are lit up. If you rent on the Pest side you will have a spectacular sunset as the sun disappears behind the Buda hills.
