How To Add To Your Life By Subtracting From It

By Evan Sanders

It's time to erase. It's time to get rid of some things that don't serve you anymore.

The less distractions you have in your life the more you understand the meaning of balance. You can't just keep tacking things onto your life expecting to change for the better. Eventually you are going to have to clean out the bad habits as well.

Maybe it's about time you get rid of all of the unnecessary things surrounding you so you can uncover the person you have always been.

Start facing your fears, your ego, all of the personal judgements and everything else that is holding you back. Take a step off of the stage and enter into a way of being that supports you instead of adds toxic energy into your life.

What would happen to your life if you actually did that?

I found out. Wasn't comfortable because I felt lost for a while, but I really did find out. In fact, you know how anxiety inducing it can be to really begin to comprehend that you have absolutely no control over the future?

These changes will cause you to panic a bit, to try to control everything, and to try to manipulate which way your life is heading.

The only time you have is now. Right now. There's no other time that you truly have access to. So while you may be thinking about trying this out in the future, you have to realize that there is no guarantee of a grand future.

Subtract to add. As frustrating and scary as that might be, work with it. It will add so much to your life.

It's in connecting to the present moment that everything becomes possible. It's only when we build prisons in the future or the past that we start disconnecting from the moment and our life becomes more chaotic.

Let it all free.

Everything Can Change In A Flash

By Evan Sanders

Things can change so quickly. Situations that you never even imagined can come to be and your entire life can change right in front of your eyes in just a couple of seconds.

What's even stranger is that your mind can suddenly change with a snap of perspective. Everything that you thought was "one way" can turn into another.

And that thing that was taking up so much of your brain power exits from your life and makes room for something completely new. It's almost like there was nothing there before.

When you are young, you don't really believe in "timing." You only have your world that you're living in and no one else's really matters that much. We naturally live in a selfish place and only really think of our needs first.

But as you grow older, you learn that it doesn't just take a ton of effort put toward a situation to make it happen. Life doesn't really work that way. Sometimes you really do have to be in the right place at the right time to make something happen.

If you believe in that idea, and you relax a little bit, many different things can happen for you. Your entire world could change if you really settled into that idea.

Patience becomes the word that guides your life. It makes you understand that life works on its own clock and no matter how badly you want something, the timing has to be right for it to sprout.

That is a path towards happiness and true inner peace.

You can start to build serious faith in your life and the way you're living.

And as life has it, the world will become a place of nurturing instead of hinderance when you view your world differently.

In time, all things get better. In time, the universe will unfold to you.
