When I stuttered, my confidence was at rock bottom, and felt very unhappy with where I was in life.I also used to shy away from large social gatherings, or places where I would have to speak a lot, or speak louder than normal, such as clubs. Often, I would simply decide to stay in at home by myself, than go out and have fun partying with my friends, all because I was terrified of stuttering like crazy, and people looking at me like I was some sort of freak.

So I went on a mission to learn how to stop stammering once and for all.One of the things I learned about how to stop stammering, was that the problems are often caused by a lack of confidence and self esteem issues.
