Life is full of challenges and people are usually in search of strength to hold on when they feel tired and burned out. It could be a pen and paper, or a recording device that can be used to transcribe the information later. This will be helpful to capture the thoughts as they flow.

It is important that you keep a file where you are able to store your ideas, quotes, sketches, or art that might bring an inspiration later on.
